About The Company

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, and you will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of financial data and also provide support with HR related transactions and other general administration matters. You will be a hands-on manager that will ensure proper accounting of business results as well as improve the quality of data provided to leadership and ownership of the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • General Ledger reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements
  • Daily cash reporting
  • Import and record bank and credit card transactions
  • Perform account reconciliations as directed
  • Code and process credit card receipts/payments
  • Process vendor expenses/payments
  • Process intercompany transactions
  • Assist with month end close
  • Assist with audit requests
  • Collection of outstanding customer receivables
  • Interface with internal teams to provide accurate customer billing
  • Revenue reconciliations
  • Other finance projects as needed

Seeking a Candidate With:

  • Business/Accounting degree required
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to effectively communicate & multi-task
  • Strong experience in Excel required
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in accounting / HR
  • Experience with Manufacturing ERP systems
  • Experience in Human Resource laws/policies/practices.
