Reporting directly to the Director, Account Management, you will foster and continue to develop a long-term, trusting relationship with their large-scale manufacturing customers. You will work to find solutions to customer issues and partner with other internal departments to ensure customers are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Knowledgeability of all products and offerings and how they can be used to provide customers with effective solutions.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs and objectives to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Seeking a Candidate With:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3 years proven work experience in a similar role; software industry experience a plus.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive level.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and UAExpert.
  • Interest and basic understanding of networking, IoT hardware, software, and communication protocol tools such as APIs.
  • Experience delivering client – focused solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
