Your Unique Role
Join a global leader in Injection Molding Manufacturing to take your hands on Accounting Leadership to the next level!
Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for the management of the plant’s finances, including preparing month-end and interim reporting and act as a strong business partner to the plant’s General Manager. The role will also:
- Provide management with daily, weekly and monthly strategic tools to drive business results.
- Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets including the accounting records, improve operations and maximize overall profitability.
- Plan and organize annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and prepare detailed analysis of variances from Budget.
- Drive business goals, such as cost reduction initiatives, improvements in working capital and capital expenditure management.
- Develop, update, and enhance accounting systems for optimum accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Assist with ERP modifications.

Seeking a Candidate With:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (or related)- CPA a plus
- 5 plus years of accounting leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Strong general business background with good analytical skills
- A passion for being hands-on, being results oriented and being a change agent to seek continual process improvement.
