Your Unique Role
Take your hands on Manufacturing Leadership experience to the next level with a rapidly growing, employee centered company
- Reporting to the CEO you will be the one to oversee the manufacturing of plants (KY, TN, SC) and be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing both strategic advancement and day-to-day performance across these locations.
- Manage and optimize Injection Molding equipment and processes
- Identify opportunities for improvement of manufacturing processes, OEE, Quality, Safety and other KPI’s
- Develop, execute and manage a Preventative Maintenance program and control costs associated with repairs, spare parts and unplanned downtime of machinery
- Create and maintain SOP’s
- Manage Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and Production teams
- Travel as needed to company facilities up to 25%

Seeking a Candidate With:
- BS in Engineering, or Business preferred
- Previous experience leading manufacturing in an Injection Molding environment
- A demonstrated track record of leading teams, problem solving, and continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of component parts, resin, colorant, packaging and logistics
- Ability to drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing facilities
- Experience in hiring, developing, training and managing production personnel

- - Your plants are in Kentucky (Greenville), Tennessee, (Greenfield), and South Carolina (Seneca)
- - Ideal locations would include Nashville and Louisville areas
