Your Unique Role

Join a world leader in the medical injection molding industry, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions in custom plastic packaging and components. With a global footprint and a commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, they continue to push the boundaries of excellence.


Reporting directly to the VP of Global Account Management, and working from your home office, you will be responsible for managing key accounts within the medical device/healthcare sector, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth opportunities in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for designated global key accounts in the medical sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our capabilities to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of client projects and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore prospects for expanding the client base.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management strategies, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Regularly analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to develop actionable plans for business expansion and market penetration.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, highlighting the value proposition and solutions offered.

Seeking a Candidate With:

  • Experienced commercial professional with significant experience in experience in account management within the medical device industry, with a focus on plastic injection molding or related manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing global accounts ($15M-$20M+), driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills coupled with a strategic mindset and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, fostering relationships and exploring business opportunities.
