Reporting directly to the President, you will oversee and coordinate daily operations and improvement activities supporting the company’s long and short-term goals. Being responsible for effectively planning, directing and coordinating all facility operations. Through a hands-on approach, you will achieve efficient and economical operation of the plants, conforming to the established goals of safety, cost and delivery.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including production, quality control, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
  • Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with organizational goals. Provide visionary leadership to drive business growth and profitability and establish and communicate clear performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the company's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and profitability and maximize profitability through effective cost management and revenue generation strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • This is a customer-facing role, must be able to operate commercially to support both the company and customer’s expectations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance, analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
  • Engage in key or targeted customer activities and visits.
  • Actively engage in the identification and implementation of continual improvement opportunities to improve quality, reduce waste, and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Seeking a Candidate With:

  • Previous leadership in an Injection molding manufacturing environment.
  • Solid background of technical Injection Molding.
  • Experience implementing lean six sigma projects in a manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Success in leading teams, including consensus building, openness to new ideas, and the ability to motivate.
