Your Unique Role
Take your hands-on manufacturing leadership to the next level with one of the leading Med Device and Automotive Injection Molders in the country.
- Reporting to the COO, you will oversee and coordinate daily operations and improvement activities supporting the company’s long and short-term goals. Being responsible for effectively planning, directing, and coordinating all facility operations. Through a hands-on approach, you will achieve efficient and economical operation of the plant conforming to the established goals of safety, cost and delivery.
- Drive efforts to support program launches, ensure quality, on-time delivery and remove scrap for production operation.
- Champion continuous improvement in the manufacturing operations, supporting quality, cost and technology deployment for the operation and external customers.
- Provide hands on support, working directly with the manufacturing team to develop world class processes, tooling support and provide sustaining engineering solutions to the operations team.
- Manage all day-to-day production technical support to ensure internal and external customers’ expectations.
- Support introduction of new programs and technologies.
- Develop and implement process problem-solving techniques, applying them to existing programs, and drive continuous improvement results.

Seeking a Candidate With:
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent work experience (Previous manufacturing leadership experience in a Medical Device or Automotive Injection Molding manufacturing)
- Knowledge of precision injection molding – especially in medical and/or automotive applications
- Experience with complex surgical device manufacturing processes such as plastic component assembly methods, pressure testing of assemblies & sterile barrier device packaging
- Experience as a people leader with strong business acumen and analytical ability
- Strong financial acumen especially in operational budgeting and cost management
- A collaborative work style, including a conflict management approach that solves problems and improves relationships
