In this position you will develop the commercial strategy by customer and/or by geographic area and be asked to grow the business ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for establishing and developing strong customer relationships over time and representing the company at various external events, trade shows and conferences. You will act as the single point of contact for assigned and new customers for products & services and demonstrate and document an understanding of accounts business strategy, objectives, and goals.
You will support the potential customer from the initial contact until the conclusion of the contract, including negotiation and coordinating the proposal and negotiation phase while you are responsible for the entire sales process along the way. You will explain and demonstrate the products/solutions sold using strategic thinking with the client (requires in-depth knowledge of the product line and its applications).
You will create the technical and commercial offer in collaboration with different technical departments and put together sales strategies to target large accounts.
