Your Unique Role

Reporting directly to the COO, and working in the Flagship plant, you will help continue to support customers and grow the business. You will be responsible for the entire Value Stream, including Profit and Loss, for the assigned plant operations while supporting the Corporate Vision, Mission and Strategic goals and will supervise a direct staff and lead, coach, direct and coordinate activities of all operational department(s) in manufacturing products
- Direct all functional activities of the plant in the areas of production, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, quality assurance, inventory control, purchasing, shipping/receiving, tool maintenance, staffing, and customer service.
- Oversee day to day operations and drive best practices and have accountability for all aspects of plant performance, ensuring objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that is consistent with customer, quality and safety requirements, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
- Drive manufacturing operating policy supported by lean concepts to realize business strategy.
- Guide, coach and support team members and teams to perform their roles successfully. Also includes, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems to support HR Vision and Mission.

Seeking a Candidate With:
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent work experience (10+ years manufacturing leadership experience, Injection Molding or plastics manufacturing preferred but not mandatory)
- 10-15 years of experience in operations management, in highly engineered, plastic injection molding industry (preferred), with P&L responsibility at a plant/division level
- Experience as a people leader with strong business acumen and analytical ability
- Experience in being the lead change agent in complex transformational activities
