Virginia Sheynkman-Haggas is the Director of KLA IT. She brings 15 years of IT Recruiting, Consulting and Staffing expertise. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in working with Venture backed Startups, Fortune 100, 500, and 1000 organizations, in all 7 layers of the OSI model. Virginia has worked with large National Banks, Global IT providers, IT OEMs, Software startups, Manufacturing companies, Educational Institutions as well as some of the largest Consulting organizations nationwide, to highlight a few. She has been providing her expertise in market knowledge, candidate expectations, interview processes, salary guidelines, consulting hiring teams on how to best attract and retain top talent, deep knowledge of a clients and candidates pain in a current marketplace, and highly instrumental in growing her network and ultimately understanding a candidate’s ideal role and a client’s ideal candidate, leading into uncovering those perfect, lasting matches. Virginia’s ability and desire to partner with clients and candidates, and serve as a value added, consulting liaison, has been the key to success, throughout her career. Virginia’s daily working motto is; “Work with urgency, care and integrity and take a personal stake in the successes and failures of your clients and candidates alike.”
