They are a leader in advanced injection molding, integrated glass systems and various other capabilities in fabrication & assembly- Their injection molding specialties include two-shot / multi-shot molding, gas-assist molding, applique molding, over injection and insert molding.

Your Unique Role
Join an industry leader in injection molding manufacturing and grow a plant to the next level!
Reporting directly to the President, you will be responsible for the entire plant and will manage the manufacturing operations ensuring workplace safety, customer satisfaction, clean/orderly operations, maximize operational efficiency, minimize quality issues, control cost and achieve consistent profitability. Overall, you will be a hands-on leader while running the plant.
- Direct all functional activities of the plant in the areas of production, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, quality assurance, inventory control, purchasing, shipping/receiving, tool maintenance, staffing, and customer service.
- Manage manufacturing schedules based on sales requirements and plant capacity to maximize machine and labor utilization.
- Control quality, cost of production, warehousing, receiving and shipping of raw materials, using a variety of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles and techniques.
- Oversee the maintenance of buildings and equipment and plant security and protection.
- Establish goals, performance targets, and performance standards for manufacturing functions.
- Develop processes and methods for creating and maintaining an organized, clean, high performance manufacturing facility.
- Oversee the site management of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, problem resolution, and the recommendation of personnel actions as needed.

Seeking a Candidate With:
- Previous leadership in an Injection molding manufacturing environment
- Solid background of technical Injection Molding
- Experience implementing lean six sigma projects in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Success in leading teams, including consensus building, openness to new ideas, and the ability to motivate.
