Your Unique Role

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, directing, and coordination of operations throughout the organization by effectively managing the manufacturing operations including the goals, objectives, planning, and integrating the work performed in the facility.

  • Responsible for meeting internal and external quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Ensure and improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of operations.
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance of manufacturing support departments.
  • Develop and improve processes in support of organizational goals.
  • Ensure quality of products by managing quality, and quantity of employee productivity.
  • Promote workplace safety as a priority and be able to grow and develop teams.

Seeking a Candidate With:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering and 5 plus years of related work experience.
  • Previous Leadership in an injection molding manufacturing environment (2-3 shot molding preferred)
  • Experience implementing lean six sigma projects in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of previous success in related roles, especially when it comes to team development and safety standards with previous P&L responsibility
