Your Unique Role

To support mold and equipment qualifications and validation activities while working directly with process engineers, program managers and customer contacts while writing protocols and analyzing data in support of new projects.

  • - Support New Project Teams
  • - Work with Engineering, manufacturing, and customers to define inspection requirements for each new product.
  • - Work with Metrology Personnel to develop fixturing and methodologies for new products.
  • - Apply Statistical techniques and tools to new product and process qualifications.
  • - Complete advanced quality tools as required (FMEA, PPAP, etc.)
  • - Apply statistical techniques to develop and validate molding.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience of Quality Engineering in a Medical Device environment or regulated industry.
  • Previous Statistics and application and validatioin experience.
  • Injection Molding Manufacturing a plus.
  • Previous customer interaction.
