Your Unique Role

Join the world leader in Med Device Manufacturing to support the company as a hands on Manufacturing Sustaining Engineering Manager.


Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for being a hands-on leader to develop expertise in specialized catheter manufacturing processes, including braiding, coiling, and heat transfer, as well as provide the leadership, training and mentoring required for manufacturing engineering staff's development

  • Lead the identification, development, and qualification of manufacturing processes.
  • Deploy tools to create simple, robust, and innovative manufacturing processes for new and sustaining products.
  • Analyze test data using statistical tools, perform in-depth interpretation of results, and generate detailed technical reports.
  • Support maintenance and/or tooling to ensure the equipment is maintained in a manner that maximizes equipment life and performance.
  • Leader on the Value Stream Management to identify priorities, budget, VSMs.
  • Support product failures and quality system investigations which includes but is not limited to audit findings, complaints, and field actions.

Seeking a Candidate With:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
  • Previous progressive experience with medical device (or regulated industry) products manufacturing in an engineering and production environment, with successful track record in a leadership position
  • Success in leading teams, including consensus building, openness to new ideas, and the ability to motivate.
  • Previous experience with validations and lean implementation.
