Your Unique Role
Take your hands on engineering skills to the next level, and lead the Engineering team of an industry leader.
- Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all engineering activities associated with the development of new products, product changes and enhancements, and the resolution of product performance/functional issues.
- Coordinate and direct engineering projects to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
- Evaluate the impact of engineering changes on processes and finished product and perform verification and validation activities as needed.
- Develop, review and approve verification and validation protocols and reports for product and production processes.

Seeking a Candidate With:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a Med Device Injection Molding Manufacturing environment
- Experience in DFM of Plastic Injection Molded Med Device assemblies and components
- Knowledge, understanding and practical application of medical device development from conception, design and development of new products, design changes, and their processes under FDA-CFR Design Controls, ISO 13485:2016, EU Medical Device Regulation and related international product development and design requirements
