Your Unique Role
This is a highly visible role responsible for leading a Maintenance team at a critical manufacturing facility that services customers in the Western US. The facility has 20+ production lines including injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming machines & is a 24x7 operation.
We are seeking a high caliber, strategic individual that is capable of driving OEE improvement through the management of a PM program & CMMS system while cultivating a culture of accountability within the maintenance group.

Seeking a Candidate With
You must be a driven maintenance leader with plastic processing experience. Also, you must have:
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects within a dynamic operation
- Experience in a plastics manufacturing environment and a depth of knowledge in PM programs
- Systems/Process minded individual that is capable of implementing best practices throughout an organization
