Our client is a global leading injection molder, providing innovative solutions to their industry for over 110 years. They have a phenomenal growth story, often increasing by 20-30% year-over-year. They are a leader in electric power transmission and distribution products which is virtually recession proof.
As great as the growth story has been, they are at an inflection point where they are set to double revenues over the next five years, both organically and through acquisitions. Two recent acquisitions strengthened their global presence in Europe.
Your Unique Role
- Reporting directly to the Director of Molding Operations, you will work with the leadership team to translate business strategy into actions and results.
- Manage the shift molding operations with six direct reports and around 200 total employees, responsible for safety, schedules, quality, and budgets.
- Drive capacity and productivity improvements.
- Lead and direct continuous improvement initiatives.

Seeking a Candidate With:
- 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing operations
- 5+ years of leadership in molding operations
- BS degree in engineering or business preferred
- Familiar with epoxy or other thermoset materials is a bonus
