Reporting directly to the Product Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the engineering of plastic specific to injection molding in the company’s molding clean room.

  • Coordinate the development and startup activities with internal departments and customers. Manages and maintains project schedules to meet internal and customer deadlines.
  • Design, develop, qualify, and validate manufacturing tooling, equipment, and processes.
  • Remains alert to new technologies (including process, materials, and equipment) which can improve cost margins, manufacturability, safety, throughput, and yields.
  • Review customer specifications and needs and translates this data into product engineering specifications.
  • Prepare prints, bills of material, process documentation, and other engineering documents.

Seeking a Candidate With:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics Engineering or a related technical field
  • Previous engineering experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment. (Medical or regulated industry)
