Your Unique Role
Organizational structure: This individual will report directly to ownership and the BOD,
tasked with taking an exceptionally run organization to the next level through continuous
improvement, innovation and by seeking opportunities to grow the business. Reporting to this
role will be the leaders of sales, finance, manufacturing and HR.
This unique opportunity will allow the chosen individual to work as an entrepreneur,
leading the company toward the future. This is not a ‘turnaround’ role - The company is
successful and has an exceptional team in place. There is plenty of room for improvement
within the manufacturing organization and opportunity to continue to develop strong vendor and
customer relationships. Strategic leadership will be needed in order to leverage the company’s
resources while driving change where needed.
Seeking a Candidate With:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience within a plastic processing environment is required; Injection Molding,
Thermoforming, Blow Molding, Extrusion, Compression or Rotational Molding. Custom
manufacturing is a plus. - P&L leadership experience of a Company, Operation, or Business Unit; with a strong
financial acumen. - Ability to foster strong relationships with key customers and vendors.
