President: Injection Molding/ Contract Manufacturing

About The Company

Founded in 1920 and privately held with 8 locations, my client provides design through FDA-approved manufacturing services to the medical, commercial, computer & business equipment, energy, and transportation markets.

With deep roots in custom injection molding, originally manufacturing bottle caps and the first ever plastic part used in a commercial product for the Otis Elevator Company, today they are leading supplier of contract manufacturing services and injection molded plastic parts. The corporation has no long-term debt financing their own acquisitions and growth earning a 5A1 D&B rating, the highest available and for years has been one the top 10 non-automotive molders in the U.S.

With over a century of plastics expertise, they integrate product development, custom injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, full-service machining and full product assembly in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 environments. Product development resources include design, prototyping, and extensive engineering services. The medical products group manufactures fully assembled Class III PMA (Pre Market approval) medical devices, as well as surgical instrumentation and delivery systems, and orthopedic disposables.

As a contract manufacturer, they do much more than manufacturing as design, engineering, prototyping, and testing are among their services- versatility that has helped establish them as an industry leader, and the state of Vermont has rewarded their significant sustainability efforts by designating them as an Environmental Leader, only the third manufacturer in the state to earn this privilege.
