Your Unique Role

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing sales profitability, growth, and market penetration in an assigned territory. This role focuses on selling ABS products and services, acquiring new business accounts, and fostering customer relationships.

  • Demonstrate and recommend products/services to existing and potential customers.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and phone calls.
  • Identify and assess potential customers.
  • Create effective proposals and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient coordination.
  • Analyze the market and evaluate customer value.
  • Compare and communicate the company's advantages.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Provide management with customer-related reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Seeking a Candidate With:

  • Knowledgeable in industrial equipment sales.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, engineering, or relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Strong work ethic, trustworthiness, and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license (insurable per company policy).
