The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Latin America/West Coast is responsible for the day-to-day sales management efforts for Latin America and West Coast. The RSM is responsible for the management of the sales distribution network within assigned territory to foster the achievement of business growth and revenue goals for its line of pressure, temperature, and viscosity measurement devices. Works closely with the Director of Sales- Americas to recruit, hire, train and evaluate and develop new sales agents, distributors and develop new sales channels throughout the territory and maintain strong relationships with the customer base as well as the distribution network.
You will be Directly responsible for meeting the established sales budget for new order bookings and revenue at acceptable gross margins within the region
