This data allows for immediate response and adjustment to critical parameters ensuring any variations are promptly corrected to guarantee quality while maximizing their output.

Your Unique Role

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Latin America/West Coast is responsible for the day-to-day sales management efforts for Latin America and West Coast. The RSM is responsible for the management of the sales distribution network within assigned territory to foster the achievement of business growth and revenue goals for its line of pressure, temperature, and viscosity measurement devices. Works closely with the Director of Sales- Americas to recruit, hire, train and evaluate and develop new sales agents, distributors and develop new sales channels throughout the territory and maintain strong relationships with the customer base as well as the distribution network.


You will be Directly responsible for meeting the established sales budget for new order bookings and revenue at acceptable gross margins within the region

Seeking a Candidate With:

  • You must have a knowledge of or experience in the extrusion of plastics compounding industry.
  • Experience selling technical products in a business environment and the ability to learn about and promote technical products
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in the sales of complex engineering projects in an international context
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required, Portuguese a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Required.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in technical sales and distribution or agent management

Location Information

  • Remote
  • With willingness to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
