Your Unique Role
Manage a territory as well as a small but growing team of Sales Associates within a regional territory. Direct business development for custom and stock packaging opportunities while also mentoring and coaching more junior salespeople on your team.
We are seeking strong leaders that are capable of growing with this company! You will need to have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others to perform at a high level every day. Be metrics driven and results oriented.
Seeking A Candidate With
- You will need to possess experience managing a sales territory with a preference for experience with packaging materials or systems.
- Have leadership experience with a desire to help train, develop and grow a team under you.
- Degree preferred, but open to mix of education and experience.
