Your Unique Role

This is a highly visible role within a growing sales team, responsible for the management and growth of major accounts and driving new business development opportunities through a team of territory and market based sales associates.


You will work with your team to increase opportunities within existing accounts while also securing new customers. Partnering with internal resources you will help drive innovation and provide value to the marketplace.

Seeking a Candidate With

You must be a driven sales leader capable of managing a team involved in a complex sales process of custom packaging products to meet customer demands. Also, you must have:

  • Attention to detail, ability to manage sales process and collaborate with internal resources.
  • Experience with plastics and varied end markets
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.

Location Information

  • Remote
  • General Midwest region is preferred location, but East Coast, South and other areas are also of interest.
