Your Unique Role

Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining current relationships, selling color concentrates, black masterbatches, and specialty additives into targeted OEM’s and other clients. Regulated industries such as food packaging are part of their sweet spot.

The company does not maintain geographical limitations, so the entire country is open to you and some customers will have multiple facilities in multiple states.

In addition, you will be mentored by the Executive Vice President, who is one of the most connected people in the plastics industry, and recently served as the Chair of the Plastics Industry Association.

Seeking a Candidate With

  • B.S. Degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years developing business in color concentrates, polymer additives, specialty chemicals, or similar materials
  • Experience selling into the packaging or other regulated industries a big plus
  • Experience or familiarity with black masterbatch would be a nice plus
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
