Our client is a leading provider of colorants & specialty materials for a variety of industries including plastics, paper, & textiles just to name a few. For over 90 years, this 4th generation, family-owned company has been obsessed with the quality of their products and customer service.
Your Unique Role
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining current relationships, selling color concentrates, black masterbatches, and specialty additives into targeted OEM’s and other clients. Regulated industries such as food packaging are part of their sweet spot.
The company does not maintain geographical limitations, so the entire country is open to you and some customers will have multiple facilities in multiple states.
By the way, your boss is one of the most connected people in the plastics industry and is in the Plastics Hall of Fame.

Seeking a Candidate With
- B.S. Degree highly preferred
- 5+ years developing business in color concentrates, polymer additives, specialty chemicals, or similar materials
- Experience selling into the packaging or other regulated industries a big plus
- Experience or familiarity with black masterbatch or additive masterbatch would be a nice plus
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
