Your Unique Role

This is a critical role as Sales Manager is responsible for developing, motivating, and managing distributors and key accounts within their assigned sales area. They are tasked with driving sales volumes, revenue, and achieving profitability targets.

We are seeking a high caliber, strategic individual that is capable of understanding key business drivers and identify market penetration opportunities, monitoring competition and trends.

  • Identify, develop, motivate, and manage a network of distributors within the assigned sales area.
  • Initiate, develop, and follow up with key accounts in the assigned sales area.
  • Coordinate and evaluate distributor training in ORO.
  • Establish, maintain, and manage superior customer relationships with distributors and key accounts at senior management levels.
  • Analyze, review, and update distributor and key account segmentation based on factors related to the approved sales strategy.
  • Implement actions related to sales forecasting, demand planning, and refinement.
  • Develop and propose the annual budget and Sales and Marketing strategy to the Commercial Development Director.
  • Support the Commercial Development Director in developing pricing policies based on the company's commercial strategy.
  • Understand key business drivers and identify market penetration opportunities, monitoring competition and trends.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Branding & Communication to identify promotional and marketing actions.
  • Ensure relevant data is entered into the CRM for dissemination and utilization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators regarding commercial targets, service level quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate and resolve administrative issues, providing input in process development.
  • Implement and manage ad-hoc requests from the Commercial Development Director.
