The Senior Technical Services Scientist on a team of three, all reporting directly to the Manager of Technical Services. You are the Polymers applications Subject Matter Expert for PVC and engineered plastics, providing leadership in relation to technical service for Americas. You will be responsible for management of customer technical relationships and monitoring in terms of product performance.

This is a critical role, for you are responsible for the first level of technical support for customers. Resolving customer performance complaints and giving direction to R&D scientists and lab technical specialists when evaluating TiO2 products or investigating customer complaints.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific area (usually chemistry or chemical engineering) and 10 years of relevant experience (plastics formulation and manufacturing) or a master’s degree with 7 years of experience.
