Your Unique Role

This is a highly visible role within a key business unit responsible for managing the Human Resource activities of several facilities throughout within a relatively small geographic region.  This is a Generalist role requiring the ability to assist with benefits, employee engagement, union activities and hiring. 

We are seeking a high caliber individual that is able to travel as needed to spend time at each plant at least once per quarter.  A strong leader who will hold plant personnel accountable for adherence to company and safety policies.

  • Proven experience in leading a facility through cultural change
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead a dynamic operation
  • Experience in various HR activities
  • Degree preferred
