Your Unique Role
This is a highly visible role responsible for leading a team of engineers focused on mold & tooling projects for new product launches, DFM, troubleshooting mold/tool related issues during product roll out, and working with external mold shops.
We are seeking a high caliber, strategic individual that is capable of being the ‘point person’ for mold & tooling projects across multiple facilities and plastic processing technologies.

Seeking a Candidate With:
You must be a driven engineering / manufacturing leader with the ability to lead a team responsible for new and existing mold/tool projects
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects within a dynamic operation
- Experience in a plastics manufacturing environment and a depth of knowledge in mold/tooling (injection, blow, thermoform, etc)
- Degree preferred – technical
- Systems/Process minded individual that is capable of implementing best practices throughout an organization
