This is a highly visible role a small/mid-sized company, responsible for the management and growth of major accounts and driving new business development opportunities through a team of territory and market based sales associates; increasing revenue through inside sales activities; and expanding business with distribution channels.
You will work with your team to increase opportunities within existing accounts while also securing new customers. Operations knowledge is key to connecting customer demand with plant floor capabilities & capacity for various production lines; and to maximize margin potential by going after profitable business that best aligns with company capabilities.
You must be a driven sales leader with strong operational knowledge and a desire to meet customer demands.
