Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the organization’s marketing strategy, social media presence, branding and advertising functions, content marketing, and SEO.  Partner with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive marketing plan and lead cross functional teams to deploy marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will play a major role in the advancement of the company by taking ownership of the marketing function and developing innovative tools to increase brand recognition.

Location Information

Centrally located on Delta Ave in Columbia Tusculum; near Hyde Park, Mt Lookout, Oakley, Clifton, Madisonville and Downtown Cincinnati.  Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and bars within a short drive or even a walk on a nice day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior management to develop a comprehensive marketing plan including key deliverables and timelines
  • Monitor, manage and improve SEO.  Knowledge of Google analytics and other tools necessary to maintain top SEO
  • Manage company’s Social Media presence to drive increased engagement and inbound traffic
  • Direct Marketing Campaigns (B2B)
  • Maintain & Improve company Website using Wordpress
  • Monitor, recommend, and support appropriate trade shows
  • Monitor industry trade publications and recommend best ROI for advertising
  • Coordinate with other resources including internal team, 3rd party providers, and vendors
  • Create custom marketing content including brochures, videos, and advertisements
