Your Unique Role
This is a highly visible role within a key growth business unit; responsible for operational improvement of a critical manufacturing plant that produces high quality plastic materials and packaging products. These products must meet and exceed standards for these applications. This facility serves many Fortune 500 customers and is poised for growth at this time.
We are seeking a high caliber, strategic individual that is capable of motivating a team of direct and indirect reports and put the systems and processes in place to drive lean transformation.

Seeking a Candidate With
You must be a driven manufacturing leader with the ability to engage the staff and drive continuous improvements
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead a dynamic operation
- Experience plastic manufacturing technologies preferred
- Degree preferred – training in Lean, 5S, 6Sigma, etc. is also helpful
- Systems/Process minded individual that is capable of implementing best practices throughout a facility
