Our client is a global leader in providing innovative solutions to the electric power industry for over 110 years. They have a phenomenal growth story, often by 20-30% year-over-year. They are a leader in electric power transmission and distribution products which is virtually recession proof. Their customers include electrical utilities, NASA, the military, and hospitals, just to name a few.
As great as the growth story has been, they are at an inflection point where they are set to double revenues over the next five years, both organically and through acquisitions. Two recent acquisitions strengthened their global presence in Europe.
Your Unique Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Global Product Development, a key leadership position within the company
you will:
- Lead projects to design new-to-the-world products, from birth to production
- Lead a team of 4-5 engineers
- Lead and review product and process designs for continuous improvement

Seeking a Candidate With
- Master’s degree in Materials or Chemical Engineering, or similar
- Experience with thermoset polymers or composites used in molding operations
- A demonstrated track record of engineering design with innovative products in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of P&L at a department level
- Engineering management experience
