Your Unique Role
This is a highly visible role within a key business unit responsible for operational improvement of a critical manufacturing plant that produces high quality packaging, promotional materials, and other products. These products must meet and exceed standards for these applications. The primary process is extrusion of PP & PE sheet and then converted into finished products using diverse converting technologies.
We are seeking a high caliber, strategic individual that is capable of motivating a team of direct and indirect reports and putting the systems and processes in place to transition from day-to-day troubleshooting to a more proactive approach.

Seeking a Candidate With
- You must be a driven manufacturing leader with the ability to engage the staff and drive continuous improvements
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead a dynamic operation
- Experience plastic extrusion and / or converting technologies
- Degree preferred – training in Lean, 5S, 6Sigma, etc. is also helpful.
- Systems/Process minded individual that is capable of implementing best practices throughout a facility and a strong understanding of plant financials.
