Your Unique Role
This is a highly visible role within the organization responsible for leading R&D projects of custom formulated polymer materials and products. The R&D Engineer will collaborate with customers and internal resources including sales, operations, and the lab personnel located in their state-of-the-art innovation center.

Seeking a Candidate With
You must be a hands on and creative Product Development professional motivated to provide innovative solutions for a wide variety of R&D challenges.
- Experience with developing custom formulations for thermoplastic materials.
- Plastic converting knowledge or experience is helpful.
- BS or MS in engineering, chemistry, polymer science, or another related field is required.
