Your Unique Role
The TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER will play an active role within the commercial team by providing new and existing customers with technical support and advising of best practices for the application of company’s zipper products onto customer’s substrates. Manage communication with customers, handle support calls & emails, and travel to customer facilities as needed.

Seeking a Candidate With
- Experience with flexible packaging manufacturing and related equipment is required; knowledge of / experience with zipper technology a big plus.
- Ability to travel as needed and work independently which requires the ability to manage time effectively.
- Customer focused attitude and desire to provide top quality support to those in need.
Location Information
- Remote / Work-from-home role within proximity of major airport and ability to travel as needed.
