Your Unique Role
Manage the procurement function for a rapidly growing organization; raw materials, freight & logistics, MRO and CAPEX.
You will be responsible for directing the Company’s purchasing/procurement department in efficient sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and vendor evaluation. Position will provide sound leadership to a team responsible for procurement of raw materials, goods and services company-wide; and for the effective use of financial, material, and managing personnel of the department.
We are seeking strong leaders that are capable of growing with this company! You will need to have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others to perform at a high level every day. Be metrics driven and results oriented.
To be successful in this role:
- You will need to possess strong organizational leadership qualities and have experience implementing systems within a growing manufacturing operation.
- Plastics materials procurement experience helpful but not required
- Experience purchasing raw materials in a process flow mfg environment
- You will be asked to share quantifiable results of your efforts from your recent positions and be able to speak to how you drove improvements.
