Our proven process ensures that we deliver exceptional results for our clients. We take a strategic and detailed approach to every search, ensuring that we find the best possible candidates.- Comprehensive Needs Analysis: We conduct a comprehensive needs analysis meeting with the hiring manager to understand the role, the company culture, and the ideal candidate profile. We also discuss selling points for the company & position, opportunities for growth, and so on.
- Targeted Search Strategy: We develop a detailed and targeted search strategy and plan, focusing on identifying and attracting top talent.
- Target List Development: We establish a target list of ~100 people we want to present with your opportunity, based on our proprietary database and any targeted research (we have 4 researchers on staff). You can learn more about our expertise in targeted search strategies.
- Project Execution: We execute the project recruiting plan with 60-80 calls per day.
- Candidate Screening: We screen candidates to include only those who are:
- Well qualified – at least 85% of the preferred requirements
- In the compensation range you have specified
- Local to the job area or available for relocation
